By downloading or using DeliNote ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What DeliNote provides

DeliNote is an AI-powered cooking notebook that provides:

  • AI-generated recipe suggestions based on ingredients you provide
  • Photo-based ingredient analysis
  • Cooking tips and guidance
  • A personal recipe collection and ingredient management tool

All recipes, cooking suggestions, ingredient analyses, and tips are provided for informational purposes only. They are not professional culinary, nutritional, or medical advice.

Food safety and allergy disclaimer

Please read carefully. This section contains important safety information.

DeliNote uses artificial intelligence to generate recipe ideas, cooking suggestions, ingredient analyses, and tips. AI systems can and do make mistakes. These may include:

  • Incorrect or unsafe ingredient substitutions
  • Inaccurate cooking times or temperatures
  • Incorrect allergen information
  • Unsuitable recommendations for specific dietary needs or health conditions
  • Other errors that could affect your health or safety

You are solely responsible for reviewing all recipes, ingredients, allergen information, substitutions, cooking instructions, food safety practices, and dietary suitability before preparing or consuming any dish.

If you have allergies, food intolerances, medical conditions, are pregnant, or have any special dietary requirements, you must independently verify all ingredients and food safety information. Consult a qualified medical or dietary professional before relying on AI-generated content.

DeliNote and its developer are not responsible for any allergic reactions, foodborne illness, injury, health issues, damages, or losses resulting from the use of the app, its AI-generated content, recipe suggestions, ingredient analysis, or cooking instructions.

Subscriptions

DeliNote offers optional premium features through in-app purchases. All subscriptions are managed by Apple through the App Store. Payments, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

To manage or cancel a subscription, visit your Apple ID subscription settings or go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

License

Use of DeliNote is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) unless a separate custom EULA is provided. DeliNote grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeliNote and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or its content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
