Managing your subscription

DeliNote premium subscriptions are managed through Apple. To view, change, or cancel your subscription:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Find DeliNote and tap it to manage your plan.

Apple handles all billing. DeliNote cannot issue refunds directly — refund requests must be submitted through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Camera access

If ingredient scanning isn't working, your device may have denied camera access. To enable it:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Scroll down and tap DeliNote.
  3. Enable Camera.

Camera access is only used when you choose to scan ingredients. It is never accessed in the background.

AI-generated recipes

Recipes and suggestions generated by DeliNote are created by AI and may vary with each request. Results depend on the ingredients and context you provide. Generated content is intended as inspiration — always review recipes before cooking and verify that all ingredients and steps are suitable for your needs.

Allergies and dietary restrictions

Important: AI-generated content may contain errors, including incorrect ingredient information or unsuitable substitutions. Always verify all ingredients and recipe details yourself, especially if you have allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary requirements. Do not rely solely on DeliNote for allergy or food safety decisions.

You can enter your allergies and avoided ingredients in the app to help personalize suggestions, but this does not guarantee that generated recipes will be safe for your specific needs. When in doubt, consult a qualified professional.

Food safety

You are responsible for following proper food safety practices when preparing meals. This includes:

  • Verifying cooking times and temperatures for your equipment
  • Checking for allergens in all ingredients you use
  • Ensuring ingredients are fresh and safe to consume
  • Following guidelines appropriate for your health situation

AI-generated cooking instructions are informational only and may not be suitable for all situations or equipment.

Deleting your data

All your recipes, preferences, and settings are stored locally on your device. To remove all DeliNote data, simply delete the app. If you have questions about your data, contact us at delinoteapp@gmail.com.
